Shoal Creek Adventist School is a privately supported educational institution, which receives no funding support from the state or federal government. As such, in order to operate a quality program, the school board sets registration and tuition rates each spring for the following school year. Believing the school to be a mission field for the community and church, tuition rates are kept as low as possible while meeting budgetary needs.
Tuition and Fees 2018-2019 & 2019-2020 School Year
Registration: $740 due and payable in full prior to start of 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school year (covers textbook rental or purchase, library fees, student insurance, classroom instructional supplies, and administrative costs)
Technology fee: $20 per student per month for 10 months (August thru May) totaling $200. 2018-2019 & 2019-2020.
Tuition: *2018-2019 Constituent Students is $370 per month for 10 months (August thru May) totaling $3,700. 2019-2020 Constituent Student $385 per month for 10 months (August thru May)
Non Constituent Students: Tuition is $420 per month for 10 months (August thru May) totaling $4,200. 2019-2020 Non Constitution Students Tution is $435 per month for 10 months (August thru May)
$10 per month discount will be applied for a second student
$20 per month discount will be applied for a third student
*Constituent – student or their parent/guardian must be a member of the Peachtree City Seventh-day Adventist Church. In addition to church membership, definition of a constituent family includes regular attendance of Sabbath worship services, participation in the ministries of the church, and financial support of the ministry of the church
Hot Lunch Fees 2018-2019 & 2019-2020 School Year
Hot Lunch Charges: $4 per meal. Payment for Hot Lunch is made through FACTS.
Before/After Care Program Fees 2018-2019 & 2019-2020
Payment for students enrolled in the Shoal Creek Before/After Care Program is made through FACTS (link to resource page). It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to direct FACTS to withdraw funds to maintain an adequate available balance to pay for Before and/or After Care as needed.
Before School Care Fees:
$5.00 per family per day
After School Care Fees:
$5.00 hourly per family per day
$5.00 drop-in charge per family (first 15 min.)
$15.00 Drop-in flat rate charge (per day)
*** After 6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 5:00 p.m. on Friday, there will be a late fee of $1.00 per minute fee ****, unless prior arrangements have been made. If fees are not paid timely, the student will be dropped from the Before/After Care program. Students are subject to late fees 15 minutes after dismissal on days when aftercare is not provided.
Tuition Collection Procedure
Tuition is due monthly on an agreed upon date (either the 5th or 20th of each month). FACTS Tuition Management program collects registration fees and tuition for Shoal Creek. Each family is required to sign up for FACTS tuition payment system. Payments are automatically deducted from designated bank account each month. You may also pay by credit card for an additional charge from FACTS. If payment is not received on the scheduled due date, the parent/guardian must contact the school to make payment or arrangements for payment. Failure to make arrangements within ten business days will result in the child being denied access to the school. Please know that we want your children here in our school, but we must be good stewards of our money to remain viable. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we want to work with you to find a way to keep your student(s) at Shoal Creek, but you must communicate with us about your needs.
